Information in the product
The service may hold account information, saved vehicles, search preferences, private shortlist notes, consented enquiries and authorized source evidence. Only fields permitted for public display belong in public search or shared views.
Evidence retention and publication permission are separate. Retained private source originals must not be treated as public assets.
Private work and shared links
Shortlists are private unless deliberately shared. Private notes are excluded unless the owner expressly includes them. Anyone holding an active shared link may view the permitted shared content; revocation prevents future access through that link.
Buyer and recipient-dealer conversations are scoped to authorized participants. Ordinary reviewers do not receive general conversation access.
Browser storage and providers
Anonymous saves and comparison IDs may be stored locally on your device. Preview mode uses clearly synthetic browser-session state. Clearing browser storage removes local-only data.
The integrated application uses its existing session cookies. Email delivery and external AI processing depend on actual configured providers and permissions; the frontend does not claim that a provider is enabled.
Rights, retention and requests
Request correction or removal through the supported correction workflow. Evidence expiry or withdrawal can make a previously visible fact or image unavailable. A new capture is new evidence, not restoration of removed originals.
The responsible entity, contact channel, lawful bases, retention schedules, international-transfer arrangements and applicable rights must be completed and reviewed before this draft becomes a final policy. No corporate address or legal clearance is asserted here.
